  • Make sure to check all of the specifications of your custom item(s) before placing an order. Once your order is in production, it cannot be modified.
  • Make sure to provide correct measurements of your neck / wrists / ankles (see video below on how to measure your neck. Use similar method for wrists and ankles). Providing an exact size is important when making your own custom item. DO not measure your existing items end to end and use that as a measurement.

  • Each order is custom-made, so please allow 1-2 weeks for the process to take place. If you need your order sooner, you can request Express production (see express production prices here)

  • all of our custom items are made to order and as such we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on our orders (for reasons such as incorrect size was ordered, mistake made on order, style not as expected, got it for someone and they do not like it, etc.). Once custom-made, all of our orders are final. Please do your due diligence before ordering.

  • If you are planning to ship your order Internationally (outside of USA), please make sure to read our International shipping disclaimer below:

    • We ship all international packages as DDU (delivery duty unpaid). This means that the recipient of the package is responsible for paying VAT and potential additional customs clearance fees (if they are applicable) before the shipping carrier will release the package. If you plan on shipping the package to someone else, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy.
    • Delivery name and address: Make sure to provide a full first and last name for the recipient of the package (no abbreviated names, nicknames, or made up names can be accepted). Also, please provide the correct phone number for the recipient. This information might be needed for customs clearance.
    • Please keep in mind that we do not offer returns or refunds on orders that were abandoned or unclaimed by customers. If the package is returned to us for whatever reason, the buyer will be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee.
    • We are now obligated to disclose the exact contents of the package for the customs purposes. So if you order a collar and cuffs, leather collar and leather cuffs will be listed as the package contents.
